• To avoid having to fill out electronic forms in our waiting room, we encourage patients to complete new patient forms comfort of their homes. Please create an account and complete your new patient information through the Onpatient portal.

• If you anticipate allergy testing, please stop all antihistamines 5 days prior to your visit.

• Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment time to complete the registration process.

 

• Be sure to bring your most current insurance card(s), along with a valid government-issued photo ID.

• If your office visit requires a referral, you can request that your referring physician fax this to our office in advance to 509-255-7792.

• For your convenience, our office accepts cash, checks, major credit cards, and NFC payments such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Google Pay.  Patients are expected to pay any applicable co-payments and/or deductibles at the time of service.

• When you make an appointment with Advanced Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, we reserve that time slot, especially for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can make the slot available to someone else and you will avoid a no-show fee.
